Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Covers credit purchases, refunds, and cancellations for Setset self-serve users.

2. Credit Purchases

Credits activate instantly after payment. They can't be transferred, refunded, or converted to cash. Purchased credits do not expire on a monthly basis and remain available while your account is active. Monthly plan credits (included in subscription tiers) do not roll over to future months and reset at the start of each billing cycle. Setset reserves the right to adjust the number of credits required for specific tools or services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Refunds

Refunds only if:

  • Charged without receiving credits
  • Duplicate charge
  • Service outage (>12 hours after purchase)

Non-refundable: used credits, dissatisfaction, change of mind, ToS violations.

Process: Email support@setset.ai within 7 days with transaction ID. Approved refunds issued to original method within 10 business days.

EU/UK: By using credits immediately, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

4. Account Cancellation

Close anytime via support@setset.ai. Unused credits are forfeited. Data handled per Privacy Policy.

Setset may terminate accounts for abuse or fraud without refund.

5. Inactive Accounts

Closed after 12 months of inactivity (with prior notice).

6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

Email billing@setset.ai for disputes. If you file a chargeback, the account may be suspended pending resolution.

7. Updates

We may update this Policy. Notice will be provided for material changes.
